Meet Our Team
Katie Rodgers
Katie has more than 20 years of expertise in corporate and non-profit government affairs, having successfully represented a diverse range of companies and organizations across 35 states and on Capitol Hill. Throughout her career, she has specialized in building and leading both internal and external government affairs teams, creating effective structures and processes, and crafting high-level strategic initiatives that drive impactful results.

Katie's other primary passion is physical fitness; she has multiple training certifications and even owned her own boutique personal training side business for several years. Katie enjoys riding anything with two wheels, as well as shooting, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two rescue dogs.
Jennifer Briemann
Jennifer has more than 25 years of government affairs experience, representing large national non-profits as well as numerous Fortune 100 companies before state legislatures and Congress. Her focus and expertise in operational and team excellence have helped her achieve lasting and meaningful reforms within the organizations with which she has worked.

Jenn's other passions include advocating for the rights of individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as raising awareness surrounding living organ donation. In her free time, Jenn enjoys fishing and crabbing on the Chesapeake Bay with her husband and son and shooting sporting clays on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore.
